Title HR Manager
Job Description QUALIFICATIONS:
*Bachelors Degree.
*Minimum 5 years HR experience, including compensation/salary planning, training, staffing/recruiting, organizational design & development, employment laws and regulations.
*Green Belt Certified (GE Employees Only).

*Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills.
*Ability to lead and execute in a functional and P&L matrixed environment.
*Able to focus on strategy and execution, able to operate independently.
*Strong process orientation.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
The position, based in Bethlehem, PA, reports to the Oil & Gas HRM, Global Services North America, based in Houston, TX and dotted line to the Product Leader based in Bethlehem, PA.

*Provide full scope HR generalist support to approximately 85 employees in Pennsylvania.
*Provide advice/counsel and leadership to the organization driving behaviors, measurement and culture changes to achieve business deliverables.
*Lead employee relations, organization development, recruiting & staffing, performance management, career development, training, compensation & HR process coordination.
*Manage business' headcount targets, Session C (HR Annual Plan) Sessions I & II (Strategic & Financial Plan).
*Establish role as visible, proactive, integrated partner w/leadership team on both strategic & operational levels to drive business & HR strategies.
*Drive new and innovative HR practices to create a strong culture of leaders and high performing and energized teams. Maximize organizational effectiveness and assist business growth.
*Build & leverage strong relationship with global HR resources sharing best practices, aligning vision.
*Partner with HR team on strategic and functional projects
DESIRED:
* BA/BS in Human Resources or related field.
* Minimum of 5 years of HR Management/Generalist experience with a proven track record to deliver results in a complex and fast-paced business environment.
* Demonstrated abilities to assess people and skills, lead change, coach and develop leaders.
