We currently have an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Director, Professional Development at our US Head Office in Denver.
This is a senior position with hands-on responsibility for the design and delivery of all corporate leadership development programs in the US. These responsibilities will include the following:
• organizational and facilitation services to the executive group in the areas of strategic planning, partnering and continuous improvement
• coaching and professional development advice/assistance to individuals in high-potential programs
• leadership and direction to professional development staff in corporate and district offices
• instructional design services for corporate training programs
• input for corporate policy development in all the above areas
Position Requirements
• Minimum of 5 years experience in teaching/training/facilitation/coaching required, 10 years preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field, e.g. Organizational Development, Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or Communications required, Master’s degree preferred
• Ability to travel extensively required
• Experience in the construction industry highly desirable
• Recruiting or other Human Resource experience highly desirable
