Summary: (purpose of the job): Within our project teams, the Quality Assurance team is responsible for gathering and documenting detailed product requirements and ensuring the successful implementation of a quality product.
Duties & Responsibilities:
A Quality Assurance Specialist I may perform some of all of the following:
Work closely with product teams and customers in developing specifications, prototypes and solutions
Lead clients in obtaining sign off on requirements
Lead and participate in Quality Assurance efforts at a project team and organization level
Create detailed test plans
Execute system, regression and performance tests
Document issues and support the defect management process
Provide excellent customer support and communication
Develop and maintain relationships with platform, template and training teams.
Education & Experience
Two or four year degree or equivalent work experience
Years of experience equal to 1-3 years, insurance experience preferred
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
· Team-oriented

· Microsoft Word and Excel required
· Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
· Ability to set priorities and meet deadlines
