Posting Job Description AOL's Advertising Systems Development team is seeking a Sr. Systems Analyst.
Successful candidate:
Technical Skills
·Uses knowledge associated with Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience - approximately 6-8 years
·Demonstrates thorough understanding of a broad range of AOL technical tools, applications, and procedures
·Independently provides comprehensive services; formulates/defines system scope and objectives based on user needs
·Prepares detailed specifications from which programs are written.
·Analyzes and revises existing system logic difficulties and documentation as necessary
·Competent to work at the highest technical level of all phases of applications systems analysis activities
·Possesses excellent understanding of systems development life cycle, business process analysis, business requirements definition, and testing strategies/planning

·Applies technical knowledge to determine solutions and solved complex problems concerning computer equipment capacity and limitations, operating time, and form of desired results.
·Uses experience and analysis to develop creative and innovative solutions.
