Posting Job Description Marketing Manager - Programming
AOL Marketing is seeking a Marketing Manager to drive awareness and traffic to AOL Programming channels. He/She will work close with programming leads to develop and execute marketing campaigns which meet each channels objectives and goals. The ideal candidate will have basic knowledge of all aspects of the marketing mix including brand strategy, online and offline campaign development, SEM/SEO, consumer research, etc. with emphasis in online marketing and emerging media. Candidate must thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This position is based in New York and reports to the Sr. Marketing Manager.
Primary Responsibilities:
* Work with Sr. Marketing Manager to develop, implement and execute integrated marketing plans including brand strategy and development, online and offline advertising, internal promotions, viral outreach and any other tactics which may be included in the marketing mix.
* Manage and provide support for internal and external partnerships and promotions
* Provide reporting and analysis for all projects.
* Collaborate with internal teams such as Programming, Product, Legal and Network Promotions to ensure successful campaign implementation and optimization.
* Work with marketing analysis team to gather consumer insights and apply learnings across businesses.

Requirements:
* 4-6 years relevant consumer marketing experience with emphasis in online marketing
* BA or BS in related field
* Strong strategic, creative and problem solving abilities
* Solid understanding of digital and emerging media
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects at once
* Keen attention to detail
* Strong written and oral communication skills - ability to communicate clearly and effectively at all levels within the organization
* Self motivated and enthusiastic team player
