G2 Branding & Design in New York City is searching for a Partner, Account Director on the Dunhill account. The position reports in directly to the Senior Partner in Account Management.
Position Summary:
The Partner must serve in a highly visible client services role for assigned account(s) and manage the entire engagement from initial client contact, to defining scope of work, preparing proposals, negotiating fees, and overseeing account team.
Responsibilities:
• Act as “client ambassador” and provide strategic consultancy and expertise to develop advertising ideas within various disciplines to expand and enhance the client brand.
• Oversee creative development process, design, marketing communications through to delivery of integrated marketing programs
• Manage account(s) financial profitability
• Provide leadership and coaching to account junior staff though actions and ongoing role-modeling
• Deliver presentations of the agency’s work to the client
• Play a strategic role in new business efforts when needed
• Ensure that all aspects of agency work are of superior quality

Qualifications:
• Seasoned client manager with 8-10 years experience, including global coordination, within an agency account management environment
• Experience managing staff
• Team player and team leader who is result oriented, proactive and has a strong work ethic
• Key expertise in various disciplines including…
• Strong analytical skills
• Solid verbal and written communication skills, with seasoned presentations
• Ability to build and develop cooperative relationship with clients, outside agencies, and vendors, etc.
• Must understand backend operations of agency, including production and financial management
• Preferably with tobacco experience
• With some relevant premium brands experience
• Knowledge of Asia Pacific region / languages is a plus
• Experience working in a non-US market is a plus
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• Authorized to work in the United States
Travel: 30%-50% (international)
