Description :
The Engage PMO Manager will:
- Develop overall Engage Program plan including milestones and key deliverables
- Lead PMO functions including coordination of work plan issues, risks, assumptions and decisions (RAID).
- Facilitate collection of data for financial and CSRC deliverables
- Acquire staffing as appropriate to staff assigned deliverables
- Ensure the successful integration of multiple project work plans
- Keep key stakeholders informed of Engage progress and use relationships to resolve issues and mitigate risks.
Five or more years of project and program management experience; five or more years of Financial Services industry experience. Significant Organization Change Management experience in a leadership role. Significant cross-functional experience in other line of business, such as Retail or Wholesale banking preferred.
