You will lead a team with enthusiasm, high energy and heart power, supervise and produce all preparation, production and set up for the day's food in this catering environment; train employees in HACCP safety and proper culinary skills and customer service; and develop unique menus. Since this position's responsiblities are based around catering funtions, you will work typically evenings and weekends with time off during the week.
