The ideal candidate will have 2+ years experience as a Chef and must have a passion for high quality food and a strong culinary background. Job responsibilities include but not limited to preparation of days production requirements with high quality, fresh ingredients; demonstrate professional and superior customer service while bring flash and flare to the work environment; execution of HACCP in the workplace; encourage and practice a safe and sanitary work environment; assist with menu planning, development of production sheets; supervise and train kitchen staff; and assist management in maintaining budget. Culinary degree from an accredited culinary school a plus.
