Position Summary:
Processes requests and releases medical record information in accordance with MBMC, state and federal requirements. Reports to Health Information Management Operations Supervisor. This position includes the: INCOMPLETE RECORDS CLERKS, MASTER PATIENT INDEX INTEGRITY CLERK, INCOMPLETE RECORD/DICTATION CHARTING CLERK, and SPECIAL PROCESSES CLERK.

Work Status:Part-Time Hours:40 (per two week cycle) Regular Shift:Days, Evenings, Rotation Additional Shift Information:Sunday, Holidays Other Information:
Sunday hours 6am to 2:30 pm remaining 12 hours some flexibility depending upon department needs.
