Position Summary:
To ensure prompt and efficient access to hospital care, by providing exceptional service to customers during the registration experience. Create a customer focused environment through effective communication with patients and guests. Accurately collect reimbursement information for clinical care and reimbursement.

Registers in-patients and out-patients, within expected timeframes, by obtaining complete and accurate information for the initiation of legal medical and financial records.
Ensures excellent internal and external customer satisfaction through clear, caring, professional communication with patient, family, physicians and other hospital personnel.

Ensures compliance with regulatory guidelines, including federal and state regulations, as well as, accrediting agency requirements.
