Position : 00-Referral Dept Specialist / CSR I - Southwest Hospital

Description :

High school diploma or GED. Certified Medical Assistant preferred. Two years Customer Service experience in a home health and/or hospice setting. Prefer heavy insurance verification experience including eligibility, benefits, obtaining authorization. Requires fast learner strong, accurate data entry skills and able to multi-task. HME and Oxygen experience highly preferred. Position is responsible for responding to inquiries from subscribers, providers, and clients.Strong Computer skills a must. Computer testing will be required. Work schedule consists of 9:30am - 6:00pm Monday thru Friday.
