Candidates must have:
Restaurant management exp or college degree
Aggressive go-getters; people who get the job done and want to grow.
High energy, hands-on
Able to interact w/people.
Professional growth should be apparent on resume.
Prefers fast food management experience.
At least two years of management experience
Strong administrative skills
Stable work history and track record of success
Strong people skills
Proven leadership abilities
