We're looking for the best and brightest. Requirements are at least 2 years of experience with production code with a proven track record of shipping on time, proficiency in C++, and a strong background in Win32 application programming, especially UI controls. Experience with design patterns and basic algorithms, COM, XAML, and API design are strongly recommended.
