You as a Branch Office Manager will
Manage the overall sales, service and operational performance of a branch banking office in unison with the Branch Manager.
Make decisions regarding branch employees and customers.
Be accountable for the effective branch implementation of changes to products, systems, policies and procedures, and for compliance with all regulatory guidelines required in the branch.
Be accountable for effective use of sales and sales management practices that result in the achievement of expected results.
You and your skills -
Three to five years related experience with previous branch banking experience preferred
Successful record of sales and service excellence, with demonstrated skill in sales, sales management, coaching and problem-solving
General computer knowledge with ability to operate in an on-line environment
General financial aptitude
