MHHE has an exciting opportunity for a Part-Time Sales Representative in ourHumanities, Social Science and World Languages (HSSL) Division in St. Louis Missouri.
We are seeking an enthusiastic and energetic individual who is eager to start or continue a rewarding career in education publishing.
Part-Time Sales Representatives are responsible for growing business and maximizing sales of content solutions (digital assets, custom solutions, and text books) to colleges, universities, and community colleges throughout assigned territory.
Requirements:
Developing strong relationships with faculty and administrators
Identifying new product acquisition opportunities, both print and digital
Bachelor's degree required
Sales experience helpful
Knowledge of Microsoft Office products, must be technology savvy
Strong communication skills
Must be enthusiastic, highly motivated and well organized
Approximately 30% travel required
Candidates must work 30hrs/wk, M-F, Jan-May then Aug-Dec.
Unpaid 12wk & 8wk summer/winter break mandatory.
Reports to : Regional Sales Manager
Compensation includes an hourly rate and a performance-based incentive bonus.
