Business Analyst
This position will be responsible for working in close partnership with our established clients to integrate the end-to-end program management and project management processes, tools, best practices, methodologies and reports.
The Business Analysts primary responsibility is to support and drive the adoption and integration of our clients' primary enterprise collaboration system. The Analyst will elicit, analyze, validate, specify, verify, and manage the real needs of the project stakeholders and end users. The Analyst acts as a liaison between the customer and company, collecting and refining requirements and facilitating communication.
Responsibilities:
-Develop deep understanding of customer's business needs and build return on investment to demonstrate value proposition.
-Facilitate interviews and meetings with subject matter experts, stakeholders, and technical advisors to clearly document requirements, current and future state processes, technical feasibility and surrounding context.
-Analyze and draft detailed business and software requirements.
-Facilitate approval processes for business / technical requirements.
-Effectively track and manage auditable changes in requirements.
-Deliver presentations of the solution and value proposition to customers and partners.
-Be familiar with a variety of business systems and information technology concepts, practices and procedures, including structured systems analysis.
-Strong understanding of Industry Best Practices around Project Management, Design, Construction Management and Software Solutions.
-Solid SDLC experience; good understanding of Agile (SCRUM) software development process.
-The ability to ramp-up quickly on abilities of technical solutions.
Requirements:
-Requires 5 to 8 years of analytical experience, preferably in the Design & Construction industry with focus on retailers, architects and engineers.
-Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to facilitate and lead diverse groups and work with all levels of customers.
-Demonstrated ability to exceed expectations while documenting unambiguous, measurable, and achievable requirements while developing systems that simplify business operations.
-Strong understanding of contemporary requirements elicitation, analysis, specification, verification, and management practices.
-Demonstrated ability to manage multiple mid-sized complex projects and deliver on time, within budget.
-Possess a strong balance of analytical and technical skills.
-Uncompromising and demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written form.
-Self-motivated and able to work with little supervision or direction.
-Bachelor degree(s) in Business Administration, Project Management, Construction,
-Architecture or Information Systems.
