Product Manager
This position will be responsible for defining products and features that facilitate a single integrated point of collaboration for the design and construction ecosystem.
Responsibilities:
As a Product Marketing Manager, you will help define our future markets, products and features.
Market Research and Analysis:
-Gather and prioritize market trends and direction, though both direct customer interaction and indirect sources.
-Master an understanding of the industry competition, trends, and financials. Use this information effectively in product planning.
Product Development & Project Management:
-Develop specifications documents (PRDs/ functional specs) including user interface.
-Work closely with Development and QA as appropriate throughout development cycle making optimal trade-off decisions.
-Develop, own, and drive product release schedules.
Product Marketing:
-Define product positioning and key product messages.
-Author key marketing collateral related to product and feature release. Including website, press releases/packets, and technical award promotions.
-Track and analyze key success metrics; recommend improvements.
-Help define feature set roadmap by performing or driving research on users, products, and market landscape. Become internal expert in design and construction collaboration products and services.
-Evangelize products by attending tradeshows, industry events, and interviews.
Professional Qualifications:
-5+ years in Product Marketing role with at least one entire product development cycle from concept to introduction in the consumer technology SaaS space.
-Experience working in the design & construction software space.
-Product / user interface design experience involving web applications.
-Technical astuteness is a must
-Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
-Proven project planning and prioritization skills
-Strong analytical competence along with ability to understand business issues and drive strategic decisions
-Proven ability to work effectively and efficiently within a diverse, geographically-distributed, and multicultural environment, and with teams across all functions and management levels
-Proven ability to thrive under pressure, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and execute effectively in a fast-paced environment
-BS/BA degree; MS/MA/MBA desirable
