We are in search of a passionate, articulate, and exceptional OUTSIDE SALES CONSULTANT for the English Language Learner products, with concentration in the SOUTH EAST REGION of the UNITED STATES. Company car provided with an aggressive compensation and incentive plan.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
You will team and support outside sales consultants with all opportunities involving ELL/ESL initiatives to win the business!
MUST be bilingual/SPANISH, with effective communication and presentation abilities.
MUST identify, monitor, and expand/close large-scale revenue accounts in mid-size and large districts and states of English Language Learner products.
Maintains and develop regional business.
Provide sales presentations, sales strategies and product knowledge training to Evaluation Consultants in conjunction with sales solutions with current Federal and State laws.
Bachelor’s Degree in education or related field.
BILINGUAL/SPANISH!!
Superior written and verbal communication skills to provide product presentations and Evaluation Consultant training.
3+ successful SALES EXPERIENCE, primarily with educational materials or English language acquisition products.
Powerful sales support resource for all ELL/ESL opportunities.
Develop forecast for ELL/ESL business opportunities throughout designated territory.
Ability to learn quickly CTB/McGraw-Hill products to communicate features and benefits.
High degree of creative problem-solving skills relating to identifying new opportunities.
Proven track record prioritizing in a fast paced environment.
Ability to travel minimum 50% of your time and as needed according to business needs.
DESIRED:
Masters degree in education or related field.
Basic knowledge of achievement testing and related products.
Evidence of strong presentation skills, workshop facilitation experience.
Knowledge of organization structure in the public and private educational system.
Background in sales, testing, marketing, or education.
