We are currently recruiting for aField Marketing Coordinator for our growing field marketing division in Edmonton .
As a Field Marketing Coordinator you will be working directly with the Client Manager or Field Manager to help build sales and promotional programs and enhance brand presence and image. This is a great opportunity to combine the different aspects of your past professional experiences in sales, promotions and merchandising. You and your teams of field representatives will make our clients' brands and messages come to life in field.
Primary Responsibilities:
Training and on-going development of field personnel
Supervise, manage, challenge and motivate a team of field representatives.
Understand and apply relevant technology to maximize effectiveness.
Administration ,eg.payroll, time and expense information
Plan, set and meet business goals.
Define and prioritize realistic, specific objectives.
Previous Field Marketing and/or On-premise experience is required.
Strong Team Building and demonstrated leadership skills.
Adaptability and creativity
Effective verbal and written communication skills. Ability to clearly and enthusiastically present information
Effective organization, time management and problem solving skills
Valid Drivers license, access to the exclusive use of a vehicle (remuneration included business mileage and gas card).
