HSMM is searching for aBusiness Development Coordinator to:
Assist in marketing efforts.
Provide assistance to the Regional Manager and Project Management staff in their daily business development activities.
Prepare responses to Requests for Proposals (RFP’s).
Prepare interview presentation materials.
Prepare marketing materials.
Update resumes for staff personnel.
Conduct project/client opportunity research.
Coordinate with and assist other Division BD personnel.
Conduct market research.
Coordinate employee attendance at marketing opportunities and proposal filing.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Business Development Manager.
Job Requirements:
4-year degree in Marketing, Communications, English or other similar relevant field.
2 years of business development/marketing experience.
Experience with preparing proposals.
Excellent written and oral communication skills, coupled with strong planning and prioritizing abilities.
Ability to interface with clients, consultants, and staff in-person, on the telephone or via email.
Flexibility in schedule to allow occasional overtime.
Limited travel as required to meet project and training requirements.
Specialized experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe Photoshop and InDesign.
Strong graphics background preferable.
Experience in the A/E/C industry.
