Position Description
Responsible for the delivery of on-site occupational health services provided by the Boeing Everett Medical Clinic at the Everett, WA facility, supporting a large manufacturing site with 26,000 employees. Responsible for overall coordination and delivery of common, companywide medical services at the Everett site, with oversight of the daily operation and overall management of the Boeing Everett Medical Clinic. Supervises staff including physicians, physician assistants, registered nurses, laboratory technicians and medical assistants. Additional areas of responsibility include coordination and delivery of Puget Sound Occupational Health Surveillance, delivery of hearing and vision testing for the Puget Sound region, and the coordination of medical services for designated national sites without on-site clinical services. Coordination and partnership with site Environmental Health and Safety, site Human Resources (HR), Workers Compensation, Leave Management, Legal, and Employee Relations is critical to delivery of services. Reports to the Associate Medical Director.

Applies knowledge of Boeing workplace health issues to identify, develop and lead Boeing Occupational Health policies, practices and procedures.

Education and/or Experience
Doctor of Medicine degree and physician license, with eligibility to obtain physician licensure in WA. Board certification preferred.

Other Job related information
Requires active physician licensure, and ability to obtain physician licensure in the state of Washington. Board Certification in occupational medicine or related field (such as Internal Medicine, Family Practice,etc)strongly preferred. Experience in occupational medicine required. Management experience preferred. .
