John Deere Corporate Office is seeking an Product Development Process (PDP) IT Business Analyst to translate high level business requirements into detailed business/process functional specification for implementing technical solutions for PDP and Product Data Management (PDM). In this position, you will:

Be responsible for identifying business requirements leading to the creation of functional specifications and resulting in SAP R/3 system solutions including:

Detailed documentation of business processes and system solution.
System configuration and testing Business input/guidance for technical development.
Training creation and delivery Ongoing support of user community.

Be responsible for specific SAP PDP/PDM Team Functions including Bill of Material Management and Document Information Record Management Processes.


Education

Bachelor’s Degree in an Information Technology discipline or equivalent experience.



Required Skills and Experience

Familiarity with Core Deere Processes including Order Fulfillment (OFP) and Product Delivery (PDP).
Familiarity with SAP.
Familiarity with Deere Product Data Management Processes.
Working knowledge of Legacy systems related to PDP and OFP.
Project planning and execution experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to grasp new technical concepts quickly.
Willingness to travel approximately 50% including internationally.



Desired Skills and Experience

Experience with product configuration.
Experience with Pro/E or Model Data Management.
