We are a growing Italian Restaurant concept with 21 restaurants nationwide. We are looking for dynamic individuals that live to cook not just cook to live. If you are passionate about food and creating the ultimate dining experience, a career with Biaggi’s might be for you! READ ON!
· You’ll assist the Chef Partner in executing our exciting dishes. Our scratch-cooking kitchen allows you to do what you do best. No frozen or partially-made meals here.
· You’ll be put through a fun but intensive 8 week training program at one of our locations, learning our menu and its execution.
· During your first year you will spend 4 days at our corporate location for Biaggi’s University: Meeting our President, CEO and corporate staff while learning invaluable leadership skills.
· We take pride in giving our customers a fine dining experience at a casual dining price. We need your kitchen experience to drive this goal.
· You’ll work alongside the Chef Partner to make the best decisions for your kitchen while achieving company goals.
· We’d like you to be a dreamer with a sense of humor.
