The Marketing Manager will be responsible for the global marketing of Medication Management Systems technologies including General Purpose, Ambulatory and Pain Management systems. Responsibilities include product life cycle management and globalization of product platforms. This includes customer retention strategies, launching line extensions, developing marketing plans, voice of customer market research, market/competitive analysis, product obsolescence planning, supporting the regions in their respective marketing objectives, participating in major shows, arranging speaker programs and identifying new product and market opportunities.
Additional responsibilities will include identifying product enhancements, participating in business development efforts, providing product and training support to the Regions and managing relationships with key opinion leaders, trade organizations, and customers.
Skills/Experience Education/Certification Candidate should be an articulate communicator and critical thinker with strong analytical/business skills and possess insider knowledge of the healthcare market. Must possess a BS/BA degree and have demonstrated track record of success. Proven leadership in driving business objectives in a matrix environment. Medical device marketing and sales experience and or clinical background preferred.
