Description: The Production Controller shall be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
*Assemble work order packages for fabrication including Engineering Drawings and Bills of Material.
*Manage cycle counting.
*Develop Kit Sheets to be pulled for work orders.
*Run Status reports on allotted material.
*Expedite material.
*Follow-up on material shortage procurement.
*Manage kitting of material.
*Coordinate shipping of parts and equipment.
*Assign, attach and track equipment serial numbers utilizing established log book and excel spreadsheet containing information such as, capacity, client, and location.
*Provide Receiving Inspection services on machined parts.
*Coordinate inspections by Authorized Inspectors for ASME Section VIII and CE equipment.
Skills: *Effective computer skill: Excel, Lotus Notes
*Effective communication skills both verbally and in writing with superiors, colleagues, and individuals outside the company.
*Ability to read and interpret blue prints.
*Effective analytical and problem solving skills.
*Effective organizational skill including ability to prioritize and plan work.
*Must be detail oriented with the ability to multi-task.
