We are currently seeking a Senior Statistician, Power Information Network Product Services, in Westlake Village, CA.
Key Goals of this Position:
Carry out complex data management and analysis for on-going projection-related projects
Provide consultation on SAS and data analysis to statisticians and programmer analysts
Check and maintain quality of reports to clients as well as the data being used for the analysis
Perform ad-hoc analysis using SAS and Excel
Education/Experience Required:
Bachelors degree or higher in statistics or related fields (such as mathematics or econometrics). A Masters degree is highly desirable.
Four or more years work experience in SAS programming.*
Solid background in processing large and complex databases (e.g., longitudinal data, scanner data).
Familiar with various SAS steps, such as PROC SQL, PROC TRANSPOSE, MACRO, and data merging.
Analytical abilities and attention to details.
Must have the ability to work in a team environment.
Be able to multi-task and work efficiently with tight schedules.
*A combination of an advanced degree and work experience will be considered in lieu of the minimum 4 years of work experience.
