Help Desk / Tech Support
This is a fulltime opportunity located in South Seattle. This role will assist in supporting 15 facilities & 420+ end users in a Windows environment (workstation and terminal services) both in-person & remotely. This company currently has 13 Windows 2003 servers & Exchange 2007. The candidate will also be working primarily with internal users for various hardware, multi-media, VPN, wireless, printing and application issues so good communication & customer service skills are a must. Moderate local travel is a requirement for this position so candidates need to have their own transportation.
Responsibilities include:
-PC/laptop repair/setup and join to domain
-End user connectivity troubleshooting/repair
-WinTerm setup warranty replacement
-Password reset
-Resolve DSI printer issues
-Troubleshoot application issues
-Setup new user accounts
-Setup/install printers
-Setup/troubleshoot handheld units (Blackberry)
-Setup broadband cards
-Document support incidents
Preferred Skills:
-Web site design/enhancement/updating using DreamWeaver.
-WiFi installation/support
