Fandango has a great opportunity for a hard working, self starter who is excited about digital media and movie marketing. The Sales Planner is responsible for duties and projects that enable salespeople to spend more face to face time with customers and prospects. S/he is responsible for managing and coordinating sales call preparation, proposal writing, and other tasks needed by the sales team prior to closing a sale. We need an individual who can make a serious contribution to growing our business throughout the Eastern Region.
The role you could play with us:
In response to clients’ requests, you will have ownership of putting together PowerPoint presentations for clients using screenshots of our site, proposals using Excel spreadsheets, utilizing programs like Nielsen//NetRatings for putting together research information, and using Operative’s Dashboard product as well as other industry tools for managing inventory.
You will be able to tell us where potential clients are spending their dollars for advertising through Nielsen programs and trade magazines and websites. If you find a company we should be doing business with, tell us and we will reach out to them.
If a potential client calls in with a deal in the $25,000 range, you will learn how to review their request and make decisions on passing them along or turning them down.
This is a jumping-off spot for someone who wants to move into a bigger role.
