This position supports upper level management. Main duties include prompt response to incoming calls, emails and questions; coordinating busy executive calendars; planning and preparation of meetings; travel arrangements and confirmations; research; as well as preparation of correspondence and presentations. Requirements for the successful candidate are: proficiency in MS Office; excellent verbal and written communication skills; professional, mature demeanor; superb attention to detail, along with excellent follow-up and multi-tasking skills. Minimum qualifications are some college experience as well as two years of administrative experience or five years administrative experience supporting upper level management.
