Receptionist
The Receptionist provides front desk support and administrative support to the Olympic Operations Team. The position requires self-direction and motivation, good organizational and interpersonal communication skills. In addition, familiarity with a professional consulting services office and processes as well as administrative processes. This position may often provide general administrative support to all areas of the company. Primary Responsibilities · Create a welcoming environment for visitors · Answer and route telephone calls · Collect, consolidate, prepare and forward all outgoing mail, overnight/express mailings and fax transmissions · Receive, stamp, log, copy and/or distribute all incoming correspondence and other materials · Contract and project hard copy file set up · Management of archiving system, processes and vendor coordination · Conference room booking and general meeting preparation support · Office supply ordering and maintenance · Kitchen supply ordering and upkeep · Printer/copier key operator and trouble shooting · Telephone set up and system administration · Various other administrative tasks as requested or assigned; backup for other administrative staff. Experience/Skills/Education · Experience w/ multi-line phones or switchboards · Demonstrated knowledge of Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, Outlook, Internet Explorer & scanning software · Access, MS Publisher experience a plus · Demonstrated experience supporting multiple lines of business with differing administrative approaches · Minimum 4 years experience with increasing responsibilities as Receptionist/Administrative Assistant
· AA required; Bachelor’s preferred.
