* To coordinate and provide leadership to assigned Cells/Teams in the attainment of goals with respect to safety, quality, cost, production and compliance.
* Provide on going support in scheduling resources, technical leadership and facilitating the flow of hardware to meet customer requirements.
* Assist Product Group Leaders with overall Product Group decision making in areas of process improvement and/or production to make appropriate resource decisions (manpower, machines, methods) to facilitate the flow of hardware through the manufacturing process.
* Support process improvement initiatives to reduce cycle time, improve inventory turns and reduce manufacturing losses.
* Perform administrative duties to support the business, including timecards, labor vouchers, self audits, absence reviews, and missing time corrections, etc.
* Coordinate all first line activities (i.e. Methods, Production Control) to assure the meeting of production schedules and customer satisfaction, cost goals, and maintaining the highest standards of quality.
* Assist Product Group Leader in coaching and counseling employees regarding individual performance and development needs.
* Practice sound human relations and communications skills in order to motivate the assigned work force.
Qualifications
* Bachelors degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma/GED with at least 4 years of relevant work experience)

Cell/Product Support Supervisor will be responsible for Stockroom, Receiving, and Receiving Inspection department and personnel
* Stockroom or Material Management experience
* Some knowledge of manufacturing operations and practices
* Strong oral and written communication skills
* Strong computer desktop skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Oracle)
* Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
* Team building and influencing skills
* Ability to counsel and motivate workforce
* Ability to interact at all levels of the workforce
