John Deere Ottumwa Works is seeking an Advanced Engineering Analyst to administer the wage incentive pay plan system and represents the Company in the interpretation and contractual administration of the Wage Pay System on a daily basis.



In this position, you will:

Work with CIPP maintenance teams on issues affecting the CIPP teams and to make the teams more efficient. Perform calculations regarding moved work, base maintenance, end of semester base changes, end of semester payout, and seeding. Perform calculations to show CIPP teams what their payouts will be at various performance levels.
Resolve SAP COGI and daily errors on part reporting and payroll issues so wage pay is correct. Perform calculations for Industrial Relations and Union Timestudy on grievance issues.
Train wage employees, module leaders and manufacturing engineers regarding CIPP. Monitor non-plan hours for accuracy. Work with manufacturing engineers to make base changes for capital investments. Monitor output standards for changes for contractual reasons.






Education

Degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Technology or related field preferred.
Skills and Experience

Knowledge of manufacturing operations preferred.
Knowledge of SAP and wage payroll preferred.
Knowledge of incentive pay system/time study preferred.
