Job Title Customer Care Administrator - MMS
External Job Description An MMS Customer Care Administrator is responsible for order entry, customer care and device tracking for all of Hospira's serialized devices. This includes, but is not limited to, infusion pumps, compounders and monitoring devices. The Customer Care Administrator must demonstrate excellent communication skills through interaction with customers, Hospira Sales Representatives, Contract Marketing, Corporate Receivables, Marketing, Transportation, Compliance and various departments at our Morgan Hill Device Manufacturing Plant. This administrator must demonstrate an ability to analyze and solve problems, make appropriate decisions with some team leader guidance when necessary, and must be very detail oriented. Light experience with accounting would be a plus and previous experience with SAP, as this administrator will be working with the Hospira SAP Standing Debit and credit and debit process.
Skills/Experience Education/Certification Prior key board, ten key calculator, and previous Customer Service or Contract Marketing experience is desirable. Other required skills include, telephone skills, CRT data entry, interpersonal skills, oral/written communication skills. Ability to work independently as well as in a group setting. Must be able to, or show ability to, meet and/or exceed all productivity, attendance, and quality standards outlined by the business relative to order processing, timeliness, accuracy, and phone monitoring. INET experience a plus.
