The Learning Group, a division of McGraw-Hill Education, has an immediate opening for a Project Manager to work in house at our Bothell, Washington location. Responsibilities: Manage full projects as well as smaller pieces of larger projects, working with a team of developers, designers, and quality assurance team members. Create, maintain, and follow schedules. Work within the budget and scope of each project. Communicate effectively with both internal and external team members, as well as off-shore and state-side vendors. Define and maintain project-specific processes. Requirements : Minimum high school diploma Minimum of 1-2 years work experience in a Project Management or Project Coordination role Previous teaching experience or educational environment strongly preferred Experience in managing multiple projects concurrently Excellent communication skills and problem solving abilities Ability to set and follow a schedule and meet product end-dates Able to work independently and with a group Strong knowledge of Microsoft applications, Internet, and html Ability to learn new software and technologies quickly and effectively The McGraw-Hill Companies is an equal opportunity employer
