Uses knowledge associated with Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
·Minimum of 4-6 years directly related experience.
·Demonstrates high-level knowledge of databases and their structures.
·Responsible for quality control and auditing of databases to ensure accurate and appropriate use of data.
·Consults with and advises users of the various databases.
·Works directly with users of data to resolve data conflicts and address inappropriate data usage.
·Directs the maintenance and use of the corporate data dictionary.
·Must possess expert knowledge of databases.
·Communicates complex technical information to a wide variety of individuals and groups.
Creativity
·Solves complex database problems through research, analysis and expertise.
·Directs and controls the activities related to data planning and development.
·Establishes policies and procedures pertaining to the database management, security, maintenance and utilization.
·Sets and monitors standards.
