Description :
Primary responsibility is for the sale of employee benefits (i.e. group insurance) to small and mid-sized companies (minimum 10 to 250 employees). Responsible for developing prospects into new sales and maintaining existing client relationships. Also responsible for building relationships/networking with various business banking units of National City/ including Wholesale, Small Business and Branch Network.
Responsible for achieving sales revenue of at least $75,000 of new business each year. Responsible for building relationships/networks within the business banking units of National City and using these relationships as a referral source in his/her geographic area. This position is also responsible for providing referrals to bankers. Responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships with book of business and providing sales and technical expertise in employee benefits to other employees at National City.
