Job Description/Duties:
Zedi is recruiting an Administrative Coordinator for its OHS&E system in Calgary. As a key member of the Operations Team, the ideal candidate will:
Provide consistent and reliable support to the OHS&E system and Operations Team.
Maintain and control documents and records in accordance with Zedi standards.
Complete online OH S&E reporting, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
Facilitate the process to complete and file customer contracts.
Maintain data entry and assist in the administration of Zedi’s Roughneck™ application.
Be involved in various office processes that include data entry, administrative support, and other tasks as required.
Qualifications:
Experience in electronic and hard copy document/record keeping and reporting in a supportive and administrative capacity.
Strong PC and MS Office suite proficiency.
Positive attitude and team player.
Post-secondary education in Administration would be an asset.
Experience with OHS&E would be an asset.
Knowledge and experience with accounting and CRM applications would be an asset.
Experience with Dynamics and Salesforce.com would be an asset.
Organizational skills with ability to prioritize multiple tasks at the same time, paying attention to detail, and following timelines.
Self-starter with interest in improving workflow processes.
Able to work independently to complete goals.
Strong verbal and written communication that includes accuracy, completeness, and the ability to communicate in a succinct way.
Good with data, numbers, graphing, calculations, report writing.
High degree of flexibility - Employee must have excellent time management skills and be able to manage interruptions during the day.
