Bosch's Professional Development Trainee Program will prepare you for future professional and leadership positions through cross divisional and/or cross-functional rotations. Through challenging work assignments and special projects, each trainee will have the opportunity to demonstrate their competency in problem solving, creativity, adaptability, leadership, teamwork and technical competence. The program duration is no longer than 2 years, with 3-4 rotations lasting no longer than 6 months each. Actual work locations (U.S. or overseas) will vary based on the organizational need of the division or functional area. During the program, an assigned mentor will provide professional coaching and career guidance. The program will also include business acumen and professional development courses and seminars along with formal and social Bosch networking events. Qualified candidates must have Bachelors and/or Masters Degree received within last 36 months in at least one of the following majors: Electrical or Mechanical Engineer, Finance, or Accounting).
