Description:

Tetra Pak Inc., one of the world's largest suppliers of liquid food processing & packaging, is currently seeking a qualified Senior Process Specialist based out of our Richmond Hills, Canada office.

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing engineering tasks associated with quotations, designs, and supporting the implementation of our engineered systems into the market. This is also an opportunity to manage projects and be responsible for the overall success of those projects by managing key financial, timing/scheduling, customer satisfaction & quality control factors.

Responsibilities:

· Conducts and manages quotation development in conjunction with account managers for systems & modules.

· Performs engineering calculations, design, simulation and equipment specifications of systems & modules.

· Executes startup and commissioning of systems & modules and supports our automation specialists and other engineering professionals.

· Conducts and manages project implementation of sold systems/modules on a small scale. Handles issue management and full project life cycle process.

· Provides customer support, troubleshooting, process training, as well as other duties as assigned

Requirements: ·

Ability to travel consistently 30-60% primarily domestic
Bachelors Degree Required; Mechanical, Food Science, or Chemical Engineering
5-7 Years overall experience in an engineering or technical function/environment within food or other process related industry.
Proven commercial & project management skills and experience
Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, SAP experience
Experience with start up and commissioning projects
Experience with industry regulatory related areas – CFIA, APPS, and PMO, 3A, OSHA, CFR-113, etc).
