We are currently seeking a Product Specialist, Automotive Finance, in Troy, MI.
Key Goals of this Position:
Coordinate product management and development activities for PIN Navigator
Support clients by fulfilling and coordinating ad hoc data requests
Provide client support regarding questions related to Auto Finance products (PIN Navigator, Dashboards, Ad Hoc Analysis)
Assist sales team by providing product related information/data support
Education/Experience Required:
Four year college degree
1-2 years work experience, with minimum 1 year of related work experience
Familiarity with the automotive, automotive finance, and banking industry
Strong sales/client service and communication skills
Strong project management skills
Must be an organized team player with excellent follow-up skills, strong initiative and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
with J.D. Power products and services (research and PIN) and client service/sales experience
Willing to travel on an as needed basis
