You'll analyze and lead business process changes acting as a business specialist and technology generalist, to exercise a global perspective with a customer-focused approach to understanding business requirements, and facilitating the prioritization of these requirements, translating them into team objectives, deliverables and individual goals. In addition, you'll be responsible for executing the critical activities necessary for project success, while maintaining ongoing deliverable and activity status reporting to functional and project management.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills applied to IT, and the business communication to include presentations and meeting facilitation
- Experience with SAP Retail, SAP AFS or other Retail ERP system
- Hands-on experience in all stages of system development efforts, including requirements definition, testing and support is preferred
- Experience directing the governance, prioritization and management of global systems changes, releases and compliancy requirements

We offer a stock purchase plan, 401(k), a casual work environment with on-site sports complex, childcare and a host of other perks we don't have room to mention here.
As soon as you post your resume, our technical recruiter will be immediately notified. We're interested in learning more about you and appreciate you taking the time to apply online.
