Our Passport Specialists are leaders. Models of integrity. Dream makers. You can help others begin their journey by becoming a Passport Specialist with the U.S. Department of State. Passport Specialists are individuals who engage on a one-on-one basis with American citizens, helping them obtain passports to travel abroad. This requires exemplary customer service experience, and the following:
U.S. citizenship
Ability to maintain a high risk public trust clearance
Availability to work overtime
Willingness to work alternative shifts
Classroom and on-the-job training will be provided, in addition to ongoing training and career development programs; a student loan repayment program; health and medical coverage; federal retirement benefits; and generous paid leave.
