We are currently seeking an Intern, Power Information Network, in Troy, MI.
Key Goals of this Position:
Provide price forecasting support to current ODAV operation
Quality control the ODAV price forecasting results
Participate in the new used vehicle price forecasting model development
Provide methodology testing and quality control for the new price forecasting system
Education/Experience Required:
Currently in a graduate program (a Ph.D program preferred) in economics, Business, or Statistics.
Familiar with forecasting techniques and time series analysis
Strong analytical skills
Familiar with a statistic package, such as SAS or STATA
Basic computer knowledge and working knowledge of Excel and MS Word.
Programming and database knowledge is a plus
Automotive knowledge is a plus
Must be dedicated to quality, highly motivated, eager to learn
