Franchise development and management, including ancillary product planning, alternative platform development, and production oversight, through smart and efficient interaction with many other functions (all production functions, marketing, licensing, business development, and external partners)
Hiring and managing the careers of Producers
Building strong partnerships with internal and external game and media development studios
Driving issues that affect not just today's games but also tomorrow's entertainment experiences
Requirements:
At least 5 years developing games, with a proven track record of shipping successful titles on multiple platforms
Unparalleled project and program management skills
Ability to communicate effectively with all functions and levels of management
A deep understanding of the games business, including trends and customer needs
At least 3 years hiring and managing producers and/or program managers
Experience juggling multiple games and multiple priorities
The ability to maintain a multi-year view even during crunch
Passion for games and game development that rules your entire life
BA/BS or equivalent
This position requires up to 25% travel.
