Job Description QUALIFICATIONS :
* Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
* At least 3 additional years of experience as a human resources generalist.
* At least 1 year of experience in facilitating/consulting.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
* Provide advice and counsel to management and employees to ensure consistent application and integration of policies, procedures, and practices, supporting the EHS, Finance, IT, Legal/Compliance, and Quality functions primarily in the US.
* Lead client organizations in the development of the annual reviews, organization structure development, job design, staffing, compensation, and organization change/effectiveness.
* Partner with business leaders on multiple human resource issues, including the following: policies, legislation, processes, and practices; evaluation and development of personnel, annual reviews, and compensation plans; implementation of process improvement (Six Sigma/Lean), including leading change initiatives, planning, and facilitation; staffing and pipeline development.
* Provide leadership for the development and execution of organization vision and structure, including development and execution of a communication plan to ensure that effective two-way communication takes place.
* Assure that appropriate training opportunities are provided to employees to further personal, career, and organizational development.
* Investigate and provide counsel/advice regarding concerns about contractual issues (when applicable).
* Work with leaders and employees to establish and maintain a positive work environment, which encourages the full use of diverse talents and abilities; act as an employee advocate; help drive various corporate and division business initiatives.
DESIRED :
Masters degree preferred (MHR, MILR, MBA).
