Develops practical and innovative ways to identify and meet goals. Is responsible for work that is less defined in scope and has the understanding and experience to execute business objectives. This role has the ability to effect short-term and some long-term business goals.
Account reconciliation preparation, primarily involving receivables and deferred revenue accounts.
Ad hoc support & participation in business analysis as directed by management.
Prepare comprehensive business/financial forecasts, reports, and/or analysis.
Proactively identifies opportunity areas where special analysis may help improve financial decisions.
Assists leadership in meeting all financial commitments and goals.
Contributes to and drives process improvements.
Provides financial expertise and counsel to clients and team members.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (or high school diploma/GED with at least 4 years of experience in a financial field).
At least 3 additional years of experience in a financial position.
Desired
CPA or MBA is preferred.
PC proficiency.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
