Job Description QUALIFICATIONS :
*Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
*At least 5 additional years of experience in a financial position.

RESPONSIBILITIES :
Accountable for functional, business, and broad company objectives. Integrates and develops processes that meet business needs across the organization. Involved in long-term planning. This role contributes to the overall strategy and manages complex issues within functional area of expertise.
*A business partner to the operating team to drive business initiatives, growth, and profitability.
*Drive customer, region and product level analysis to understand growth, profitability and price.
*Partner with business leaders and staff to drive operating performance and be a champion for cost optimization, productivity, inventory accuracy & utilization.
*Lead commercial analysis and decision making for contract negotiations.
*Develop estimates, operating plans/forecasts/reviews/reports (GAAP), Growth Playbook (3-year plan) and SII (1-year plan).
*Develop and establish financial policies& procedures.
*Perform internal/external audit; responsible for Fabric Filter rep letter.
*Ensure controllership and consistency of accounting process, drive controllership awareness and processes through operations teams and ensures finance compliance.
*Manage 7 direct reports and total 14 team members in 5 countries.
DESIRED :
*CAS/MBA is strongly preferred.
*PC proficiency.
*Established analytical and project management ability.

*Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
*Able to anticipate, identify, and resolve complex financial issues.
