Yodle, a leading provider local search advertising and online lead generation services to small businesses continues to grow and we are actively looking to hire a Search Marketing Analyst. Based out of our Manhattan office, this is a unique opportunity to expand your knowledge of search marketing campaigns by supporting our Sales and Account Management teams to hit and exceed account growth targets.
Overview:
In this highly critical role, our ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, is familiar with the ins and outs of paid and organic Search Engine Marketing campaigns, and is experienced with SEM-based pricing models and metrics.
Core responsibilities:
• Establish SEM-based pricing models for a group of related industries.
• Establish baseline metrics for industry, including:
• CTR
• CPC
• Volume/Inventory
• Dayparts
• Local quirks
• Conversion standards
• Work with Sales and Design to improve margin.
• Develop keyterms lists.
• Rotating landing pages in a controlled environment to test varying conversion
metrics.
• Creating and finessing ad copy to generate more-qualified traffic for clients.
Qualifications:
• 1+ Year of Search Engine Marketing experience.
• 2+ Agency experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of Panama, Adcenter and Adwords.
• Basic SQL skills
• Strong Analytical Skills.
• Working knowledge of SEO
• Excellent Excell knowledge & capabilities.
• Ability to work with an inter-related team.
• Excellent oral and written skills.
• Bachelors Degree and two years experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience) in the SEM industry.
