HSMM is searching for a Receptionist:
We are seeking someone who is professional, organized, energetic and customer focused. Has the ability to answer multi-line phones, and have significant public interaction. Attention to detail and good judgment are necessary, as well as, aiding office manager in maintaining suite quality. Must possess the ability to manage office supply inventory and mange supply budget. Must maintain and manage conference rooms and meeting reservations and perform audio visual set-up. Provide administrative support to managers and staff as required. Track company vehicle assignments and assist with travel arrangements. Request courier services when necessary. Receive and distribute mail and prepare over-night packages. Send and receive faxes. Assigned work hours are 8 AM to 5 PM.
Job Requirements:
3+ years experience in an administrative position
Strong oral and written communication skills and possess the ability to interface with clients, both by telephone and in person
Experience using Outlook and strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint & MS Project a plus
Flexibility in schedule to allow occasional overtime
Limited travel as required to meet training and project requirements
Good driving record with valid driver's license
General IT knowledge a plus
